The miserable employee, Jeff, is rude and arrogant. Thinks he knows it all when he doesn't. He should re-read the policies because it's funny how head office says one thing and he says another. I think he's been at his job too long and maybe needs to retire. If you don't like your job, QUIT. The ladies are courteous and polite though.
